ORGANIC RHUBARB

All of our rhubarb is field grown and is available throughout the Summer months. We have some specialist varieties which maintain a deep red colour even in the field.

Rhubarb is naturally rich in Vitamin K as well as antioxidants, including anthocyanins which give Rhubarb its red colour. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting.
