ORGANIC FENNEL

Organic Fennel returned to our portfolio in 2021 and our customers love it. We harvest this from July through to October and pack it loose in 5kg boxes.

Fennel has a fresh, aromatic anise flavor, and is a very versatile ingredient. It can be roasted, used for sauces or even eaten raw.
